New Patient Appointments:
We are accepting new patients, and most PPO insurance plans are welcome. Please call our office regarding any insurance questions. Our office would be happy to verify your insurance prior to your appointment and we will submit all of the forms and claims on your behalf. Usually, you can be seen the same day or in a day of your request.
We ask that all new patients arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment in order to complete the registration process. Patients who have already completed the registration forms (by accessing them through our web site or by picking them up at our office) need only arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
Virtual Appointments:
Dr. Mark Reed provides virtual zoom appointments that are scheduled for 30 minutes to ensure a thorough understanding of your medical history and to review available laboratory results such as X-rays as required to assess, diagnose and formulate a treatment plan that will be explained to help you understand the medical basis for treatment and all of your questions will be answered. The cost of a virtual 30-minute appointment is $150. Many patients choose this option who are out of the area or out of the country to gain the expertise and experience of Dr. Mark Reed who has 30+ years of experience and was trained at USC /UCSF - VASFMC in being ABFAS Surgery Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association.
What To Bring To Your Appointment:
- Insurance card.
- Names of your other doctors.
- List of all current medications or bring them with you.
- Any online forms you filled out prior to your appointment.
- Recent medical records or x-rays will be helpful and may save you time and charges if you are seeking a second opinion or transferring your care.
